Ael kernel topic

Just a question. The sview hack doesn't work yet on the ael kernel v8. However it works on startup while is booting up!?
That is to say, I can see the bit animation on full screen when open, but when closed a smaller boot animation pops up through the sview screen.
So it kinda works but not when the phone is on!?
