UCU2AOA1 4.4.4 Fail!
The camera on does not make an audible noise and does not turn green anymore when in focus.
The gallery app has text overflowing if the album has long characters.
App drawer lags every time you scroll a page.

Also have a look at your application manager under all, you will see a lot of new things that were never there before and it's not just for the Android 4.4.4 update. Be sure to check out the one that looks like a white pacman ghost. (Sorry forgot the name of it)
