Do Note 3 Docomo (Jap) shared the same ROM with global version? topic

I just got Note 3 Docomo from Japan. Already Rooted and installed the English Version for this one. But I wonder if Japan's version share the same rom with global. Because as I see this, those hardware are basically the same.
