FM not tuning to even no. Frequency topic

The fm app on the device tunes only to frequency that end in odd number frequency like 93.1 and 95.7 etc but doesn't tune to frequency like 104.0, 102.6 which ends in even digit.

Has anyone else faced a similar problem and is there a fox to it?
