Local profile is null, also getting null while calling anyone topic

Hi ..

I am getting my saved profile as Null profile instead of local profile as shown in attached screenshot.

Also while calling anyone, I am getting call "Name of the contact or number" Null in my notification area.

Anyone can suggest me what is the problem. I already tried clearing data of contacts storage and restoring them or synching through google. Nothing helped.

I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
