[Mod] Lollipop style on/off toggles topic

Change on/off toggles to lollipop style, or as close as I could get given how HTC implemented them.

Installation
===========
1. Do a nandroid!
2. Check you've completed step 1
3. Wipe dalvik cache
4. Wipe cache
5. Flash pack
6. Reboot (it'll be a long one)
