nexus 7 2013...how can I see my screen? topic

so, I decided to use a nexus 7 2013 as a my in car radio replacement. I never owned a nexus amd picked one up pretty cheap on fleabag. When I test fit in the evening it looked great, not as good as my galaxy pro tab but not bad. This afternoon I wanted to see how it would look in the dash with full sunlight. Although it is dim, I can still see it that is until I put on my sunglasses. I wear polorized prescription and I cant see my nexus at all, It turns black. I dont have this problem with the galaxy or any other android phone I have ever owned. Is there a product I can use to help me see the screen with my sunglasses on, maybe like a screen protector. I can see it fine in portrait but it looks off in landscape.
