Problems with Xperia Home app and CM12 topic

hello everyone, i`m using lastest Xperia Z3 home app (7.0.A.1.7) on Cyanogenmod 12 2nd nightly, and i have occurred a problem with disapearing apps which are moved to SDcard everytive i reboot device is there someone can solve this problem? Cheers.
