[Q] Battery capacity symbol keeps moving left to right when charging topic

Recently, I noticed that when plugging in my device, the battery capacity symbol keeps moving from left to right or middle randomly, and the charging becomes more slowly than before, about 5 hours to charge it full. Usually the symbol stays in the middle without moving anywhere else and takes less than 4 hours to charge it full, I've tried other chargers, no changes. Can I fix it?
