This is my first post to a forum and I am inexperienced with android phone roms so please forgive any mistakes. I have a Doogee DG310 MTK6582 running on the stock rom and all worked very well even after it was rooted. I then tried to install CWM but the install failed and I was no longer able to boot into the stock recovery screen. I decided to start again so I flashed the doogee stock Rom with the SP flash tool downloaded from their website. The flash completed OK but the phone now boots, turns on the backlight and play the doogee boot tune but no screen image appears. I get the same blank screen with backlight when I boot into recovery, the phone will communicate with SP flash tool. I have spent a lot of time researching the problem and have formatted the flash apart from the bootloader but I am concerned about trying other procedures in case I totally brick the phone. Can anyone help please?
Hi there again , i hate this blog site , i write a really long comment , but this shit , delete it , for login with some account , just for make me wrote all again ¬¬
RépondreSupprimerWell , i have similar problem because
1 - Yestarday via Oficial Update for Google Map , i allow to install it , but this brick my device Doogee DG310 / Voyager 2
2 - I try to restore my device with the Oficial Stock ROM , but the CWM Recovery have a trouble , i can't use /sdcard1 , the external sd , where i have the ROM Files to try the restore
3 - I don't know why the developers , decieded dont put an option in the CWM Recovery to enter in the /sdcard1 , the real external sd
4 - I can't enter in the system after that update
5 - I can't use a tool like : SP_Flash_Tool_windows_exe_v5.1408.00
Because the device are not detected
6 - I try via adb sideload apply the lastest update file i found :
SD-card_update_2015-4-14, with the follow command :
adb sideload SD-card_update_2015-4-14.zip
But the copy file are copied 100% , and the system try to install it , but this fail
and well , i can't enter in the system , just in the recovery , i can't use "adb push"
because the i dont know how to make an manual autorization for adb for my device
7 - Right now , i thinking :
A ) Why that Oficial Update brick my phone ?
B ) Why CWM Recovery when exist TWRP , is more useful and touch
C ) Why CWM Recovery dont have an option for use /sdcard1 ?
D ) I dont have more ideas for fix my phone , someone have ideas to fix it ?
E ) Why don't include in the Internal memory the Stock ROM ?
Ok this is the third time , i dont write again how i make to fix my DG310 soft brick
RépondreSupprimerbecause was a explaniation Step by Step , but this Failed Comment system , dont publish the comments , and delete it ¬¬
I really hate it
Its Possible to Fix IT :D , if a soft brick
i make the breif explaniation you need
1 - USB Cable Doogee
2 - Battery Doogee for DG310
3 - All MTK Drivers for Windows
4 - Firmware / Rom "SM619B_W_DG_A26(DG310)_KK_V0.16.2_S0317" can be download from -> http://www.doogee.cc/servicexiazai_detail/newsId=110.html
5 - SP Flash Tool v5.1352.01
6 - TWRP Recovery (I must use this scatter file) , you can download from -> http://www.needrom.com/download/twrp-recovery-11/
7 - Extract the Official Firmware , after that , extract the TWRP Files in the same path of the FIRMWARE / ROM , and use that Scatter file (Clean) and the IMG File for Recovery
8 - Prepare all in the SP Flash Tool , in Download Only Mode, and click Download if you see a red progress bar fill to 100% dont worry , and now with you DG310
Press for 2-6 Seconds , VOL UP + Power, while connect the USB to PC
If all going OK , you see the progress bar change colors : Red , Purple , and afer Yellow while Flashing the Phone , while everything its Ok , just finish with a Possitive Icon .
Now extract the battery and put again in the phone , and put your SIM Card into the Phone
Now enter in the Recovery and check its TWRP Recovery , if you wanna you can install "Root" from There , its simple just select the option
Start the Android system Normally , configure it , and check the Notifications , you should see a TWRP , open the app and choise "TWRP" (Method) this Reboot the
phone into the recovery TWRP and in few Seconds install the Root
9 - Enjoy this wonderfull phone :D , i really love it :D

Supprimerhey!! it's sad to say this but i'm experiencing the same problem, and the person above could be right. ^_^
RépondreSupprimerHere is my potential cause for this:
1.updating to the latest firmware. (5.0 has some serious bugs, sad that my phone came with that version)
2.updating google apps mainly "google map" i found that some how the gps gets disable somehow by this. In which leads to the phone running into a error with its self test
I find that the only way to fix this is to factory reset the device.
my solution:
1. hold down the volume down + power button
2. select format eMMC (to reset the phone)
3. wait for about a minute or two and your phone should boot up and great you with the factory setup of a new brand phone.
I highly recommend trying this step a few times if it doesn't work, then you can used the other person step but remember if you use a rooted firmware it could render your warranty useless. wish you luck. Oh thank you for creating this blog it will help alot of future person like yourelf.
