[Q] How does Ap Ops work? topic

I have Chroma and the dev suggested we use Ap Ops to replace Privacy Guard. It looks pretty simple and straightforward, but I'm not sure if I'm missing something.
To test it out, I denied access to location to Google Maps, but I was still able to use it normally. I denied Twitter access to my contacts, but it was still able to access it.
Maybe I'm missing something?
