[Q] (H)Stuck in bootloader after GPE topic

Hello guys, i tried to change my verizon htc one m8 to the gpe and now i am stuck in a bootloop on the bootloader, everything i do reboot to it. I can only acess RUU. Help me please, i am lost... Here are some informations of my device :

I dont know what to do, tried to install all the RUU for gpe, and the firmware. And i cant change the model ID anymore because i cant use ADB in bootloader.
Also, i cant enter recovery.
