HTC ONE M8 - SOFT BRICKED
Phone switches on and stalls at 'HTC' boot screen. (with the words 'This build is for developmental purposes only...) Volume down + Power) brings it to bootloader. Screen as follows:

I'm running TWRP v2.7.0.0 as any newer versions couldn't load due to hboot (required 3.18/3.19). When trying to adb sideload (to restore to a stock WWE-Asia, 4.16.401.10_stock_system_dumb.zip (no clue what system dump is btw)) stops at while loading to 100%. Nothing ensues. Trying to restore a nandroid is noway achievable as a external USB is not recognised. ( file is a zip file. ). An RUU.exe is also out of the question as I only have Macs. Finally, impossible to load anything else as only cache can be mounted. Always getting the error /cache , /system , /data not found. Really need help pl0x.
