[Q] Not possible to modify 2nd "favorite apps" Edge bar??? topic

I feel like a total idiot right now. For the life of me I can't figure out how to modify the 2nd "favorite apps" toolbar.

Using the 'star' at the top of the bar (like I do to edit the first bar) does NOT work. (nothing happens when I push it)

Going into my edge panel settings, the second bar does NOT have a "pencil" (edit) icon on it unlike the first bar does.


Is it really not possible to modify the second bar?

I am on a SM-N915T not rooted....
