[Q] note 10.1 blinking screen and restart loop topic

Hi,
Few days later my note 10.1 (2014) start to blinking screen. i try to factory reset, and flash new stock rom, same problem. i upload video with problem. tablet has crashed screen. but functionality was good for half year
