[Q] Samsung Ativ S problem topic

Hi everyone, I have a problem with my Samsung Ativ S. When I try to turn on the device, it shows the Windows logo and then he continues to vibrate without an end and I have to pull off the battery.
The phone was updated at the last available firmware in Italy, the one before the Cortana update. I tried to get into the download mode with no luck and I can't flash any Rom. What can I do?
