[Q] Samsung Gear Fit infinite reboot loop topic

I recently (one month) received as a gift a gear fit. I really like it, but today it started to reboot and haven't stopped since. I try reset it by pressing the home button until the option of "download" and "continue appear, but nothing worked.
Please let me know if there is another solution. I'm so frustated with this.
