[Q] T-mobile Tethering / Mobile Hotspot blocks sites using Sony Xperia Z3C topic

Hi,
I can use my Sony Z3C as a wifi hotspot so that my laptop can connect to internet. However, there are sites that I can access and some I can't using my laptop to browse:

Some sample sites

No:
nba.com
www.t-mobile.com
www.cnn.com

Yes:
_ google.com
_ yahoo.com
_my.t-mobile.com

No restriction whatsover if I browse those sites directly in my phone. Does anyone know what's going on?
