Help
I was given a Galaxy tab 2 7.0 which is faulty.
When the tab is connected to pc (with Kies installed and working) via usb lead the pc does not recognise the tab and the battery icon on the tab changes from plain green, to green with a red X in the icon. "USB Debugging" has been enabled on the tab.
The same thing happens if connected to a pc that does not have Kies on.
To charge the tab I have to switch it off and plug it into the mains supply.
Can someone help!!!!
