[Q] Terrible hissing / white noise coming out from loudspeaker topic

Hi there!

My Galaxy Note 4 has quite perceptible hissing / white noise coming out from loudspeaker when something is playing, even if sound level is set to 0.

Has anyone else this problem? Should I ask for repair/replacement? or there is hope that Lollipop update will fix it?
