Hi All.
I have google music and, as users of that service who flash ROMs know, every time you flash a new ROM it uses up one of your precious "Authorized Devices" slots. They changed their policy recently and you can now you can only have 4 active devices and you can only remove 4 devices a year from the list. I have used up all of my slots and deauthorizations. So, I can't use Google Music on any new ROMs I flash.
Formerly, you could backup and restore your Android ID using TiBu or another solution and restore it on the new ROM to get it working. With Lollipop, that doesn't seem to be working.
I have a nandroid of an authorized device running santod040's LiquidSmooth. Every time I restore it, I am able to use Google Music again. How do I backup and restore the required components from that ROM to make future ROMs appear as that same authorized device?
Thanks!
