[Q] Unbootable. Remains frozen in LG logo topic

Hello. Gohma wanted to install a rom, but accidentally unplugged the usb. And the installation was halfway through. Now, the clock is frozen with LG logo.

I tried to repair it with LG G Watch recovery tool, but the computer does not detect the clock.

Help please.
