[Q] Where do I begin!! AT&T LG G2 (D800) Hidden Menu/Unlocking problems topic

:crying: So I have an AT&T G2 that is rooted, on PA 4.6 Beta Custom ROM, android 4.4.4 and yesterday I tried to unlock my phone to switch to T-Mobile. I had used the hidden menu before (2845#*800# or 3945#*800# i don't remember) and had no problems; however, when I tried to access it to enter my unlock code, It prompted me saying "connection error or invalid MMI code.) Ever since then, whenever I end ANY call it says this and I still can't unlock my phone because I can't access the hidden menu!! Please, any help would be MUCH appreciated! :)
