Hi,
I spend a few hours searching the net for a benchmark comparison between samsung 64gb evo and pro micro sd cards and I could not find any. I had a bad experience with sandisk and that is why I only really considered samsung cards.
Card specs:
Evo: speeds are Up to 48 MB/s. I've seen many tests which proves read speed of around 45-48mbs and write speed of around 19-20mbs.
Pro: Up to 90MB/s Read (UHS-I Interface) and Up to 80MB/s Write (UHS-I Interface).
However I was not sure if note 4 can actually utilize (i.e. take advantage) this serious speeds.
Anyway I bought the 64gb pro and I can tell you this little card is extremely fast. Indeed I get the 90-80mbs speeds with an uhs-i adapter connected to my laptop.
As for the note 4, it is still faster than the evo, but not by much. the write speed is 28.99mbs. screenshot attached.
Anyway I hope this helps if some of you guys is under the same dilemma as me i.e. evo or pro.
