stuck at pin code plz help urgent topic

how to get my f460 in stock recovery?
i forgot my pattern and pin also, so there is any help to keep my data safe?
i flash kdz with normal flash but pin request is still there.
and can i install Europe open or other English county kdz on f460 like i flash optimus G e975 kdz on f180 without any problem
