Stuck in fastboot after full wipe out( phone not detected through adb) topic

hi
i was resetting my phone when i accidentally wiped everything including the OS.
the funny thing since i did that my phone is not been detected when its connected to PC and if it connects it will show ( device not recognized )
i tried every trick on installing updating my driver i tried to use NRT but with no luck:(:confused:

could any one help me out plz
any help is really appreciated
