I rooted my E7 16gb using iroot and later installed Action Launcher deleted the default launcher later mistakenly deleted Action Launcher and now it shows a persisted black screen showing system ui stopped.. I do not have any custom recovery installed . The lockscreen is working but as soon i swipe up the same error appears , i tried to install another launcher but couldn't please suggest what to do!!
