i searched for the same problem everywhere, but no similar problem found...
My friend broke his digitizer glass in Z1 C6902. No matter where you press, touch was recognized as touch at the crack point. So I decided to replace whole screen with lcd & digitizer. I bought used original set, but it seemed to be cracked too, and touch was not working. I gave it back, and got another in replacement. It's quality was too poor, so i decided to get my money back, and buy new replacement kit (not oryginal). I bought fabric new set, replaced it and... Touch is still not working at all. I thought that it may be software problem, so I rooted the device and installed CM 12. But after successfull rom instalation touch is still not working....
What can I do now?
I checked all the hardware again, everything is plugged corretly, the connetor tapes are all right... Motherboard also should be fine, as the touch was partly responsive with first cracked digitizer. Phone works flawless with PC mouse, but I won't ask my friend to carry mouse with him all the time ;) Please help me, it's a matter of honour right now (I have to fix it!).
