What is this screen defect called topic

Hi,
I woke up this morning with the following bleeding/ purple discoloration on my screen and I have no idea what it would be called to search for solutions.
Has anyone seen this before, know of a fix or even a search term I can use to describe it?

Would I be best talking to google/ LG or a mobile phone repair kiosk in the mall.
