Wrong Google Location topic

Hey guys In not sure if this is a Google problem or phone itself, but when I say "OK Google what's the weather" it says/shows me the wrong location about 35 miles off and as well at the bottom of chrome web page it has the same location. What's weird is my Google card shows the correct location as well as weatherbug, maps everywhere else. I just did a reset to and it's still wrong. I always have location on power saving but this just started a week ago or so. Any ideas?
