Fps lock topic

Hi, guys. I have fps lock in most games, e.g. "Marvel: Contest of Champions". Game runs smoothly about 40-60 fps before i finish one fight, then it locks to 30 fps. However, restarting the game returns smooth framerate, but only until i finish one fight. With some games i can't deal smoothly (60 fps) at all. How can i unlock fps? Why does it happens so?
Wanam Xposed is installed, DVFS is disabled.
