There is a lot of talk about VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling coming to the Nexus 6.
T-Mobile has talked about Wi-Fi calling for months, and now on Phandroid the are saying Android 5.1 is shipping with VoLTE on the Verizon Nexus 6 on March 12. http://phandroid.com/2015/02/26/excl...volte-support/
At MWC, Google talked about a MVNO that didn't compete with the Big 4, yet it just pushed boundaries. There was talk of VoLTE and calls automatically reconnecting when they are dropped.
What if Google is planning on pushing 5.1 and their MVNO on March 12, starting with VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling support for the Nexus 6? Just an idea.
