Hi Team,
I've got a Nexus 5 I bought in September 2014 and last night it froze while using Facebook's application. It was unresponsive so I turned the device completely off. When rebooting I got past the Google Logo to the four colored balls and it would sit there for a moment before restarting.
I went ahead to factory reset it using the steps Google provided. I am up to -- Wiping data Formatting /data... but it's been there for almost 2hours, the devices storage was about 12/16gb full, could this be one of the main reasons it is slow or am I leaning towards a failed cellphone?
Some advice on other action to take, otherwise I'll have to take it to where it was purchased (Here in New Zealand) and have it looked by the repair agent.
