Insurance replacing Note 3's with 4's topic

I have yet to leave the N3 as there's no root for the 4. However, a few of my friends with Note 3s have gotten insurance replacements in the past few months. All of them have received Note 4's as their Note 3's are "Outdated".

Also, they all seem to have been cut a break and only had to pay 0 deductible if it was a first claim.

Not that I'm encouraging purposely breaking your Note 3 or anything of the sort... I'm just sayin...
