[NEED HELP] zenfone 4 "unable to mount /factory" topic

Can someone help me? I got bootloop after tried to recover IMEI using terminal emulator. I've tried flash my phone by 2ways :
1. Adb tools
2. Flash via sdcard using .raw FW

both are FAIL -_-

1. When i trying to flash using adb tools, it said "no space left on device"
2. Trying with .raw FW, doesn't worked either.

I have error messages on my droidboot, it said
"unable to mount /factory (invalid argument) ; failed to mount /factory"

i've tried to google how to fix it, but i can't find article about "unable to mount /factory"

Please Help
