[Q] wich Rom is the festets? topic

hey guys, i gave my old sansetion to my mom, and she uses only facebook and whatsapp,
the phone had on it cm10.2 and it run ok, untill movies in facebook stoped working and general promlams happaned.

then i flashed cm12, and i have to say that it slows down the device.. facebook took forever to load.

i dont care about the latest android, Ics,jb or kitkat, all i need is a fast and stable rom.

android revulotion hd or venon sense 4?
cm9 or cm12..

whats is the fastest rom?
