yes! Now,you can create wifi ap without a router!

Things you need:
a pc (we consider windoes 7)
an android with kitkat stock(we consider unite 2 as a cheap one)
usb cable
clear that:
no root/unlocked needed, both work :cool:
no programming/scripting required

First of all, attach your phone with pc by usb cable
Go in settings>wireless and network>start usb internet(not tethering)
Allow to use internet to usb connection
start hotspot in phone
DONE!
now, it is shairing pc's internet on AP! :good:

in internet cafe
in office where wifi is not available
on friend's home
personal use!
