[Q] Downloading the Sources topic

Hi, can I download sources to a different PC and the just copy the sources to the PC on which I want to build the ROM? I will obviously do all the pre needed stuff on both the PC, just the initial sync on the downloading PC. Then after copying the sources to building PC, will run repo sync again. Will it work?
