[Q] VOIP calls through mobile sim topic

Any one know an application that can route calls through my Mobile phone

i hope i would be able to enplane well

what i need is to connect to my phone from a remote location over internet to my Cell phone and through my phone make local call Via Gsm network

benefit I will be able to make cheap calls even if i am out of country
